We are JMO Group, a growing company based in the U.S. with three operating divisions: • JMO Construction – Focused on new home builds, remodeling, and general construction projects. • JMO Services – Specialized in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. • JMO Roofing – Dedicated to roof installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a web designer/developer to build a professional and modern website from start to finish (i2z) — including design, structure, content layout, image optimization, and publishing the site live. The website should present JMO Group as the parent company, with our vision, mission, values, and portfolio, while featuring three dedicated divisions/pages: 1. JMO Construction – Highlighting our new construction and remodeling work. 2. JMO Services – Focused on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects. 3. JMO Roofing – Showcasing roofing installations, repairs, and inspections. Scope of Work: • Design and develop the entire website (turnkey). • Create a clean, modern, and responsive layout (mobile + desktop). • Build 6–8 main pages (Home, About, Projects, JMO Construction, JMO Services, JMO Roofing, Contact, etc.). • Add photos of past projects (we will provide them). • Include a contact form, “Request a Quote” button, and links to social media. • Write or format short professional copy describing our divisions, vision, and values. • Prepare the site to go live (domain connection, hosting, SSL, testing). Deliverables: • Fully functional, live website. • Modern design aligned with JMO Group’s brand identity. • Easy-to-edit CMS (WordPress, Wix, or Webflow preferred). • All editable files, credentials, and documentation upon completion. Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience creating corporate websites, ideally for construction or home service companies. • Strong portfolio showing modern, responsive design. • Able to deliver the complete project independently (design → development → go-live). • Fluent in English or Portuguese. • Available to start immediately and deliver within 2–3 weeks.
