We are looking for a developer with proven experience in WhatsApp Business API (WABA) and integrations with third-party CRMs. The goal is to implement the connection between the university’s WhatsApp Business account and an external CRM, automating lead capture, pre-qualification, and follow-up workflows. Scope: Setup of verified WABA number and connection through a BSP (Twilio, Gupshup, 360dialog, or other authorized provider). Integration of Spanish-language message templates for marketing, reminders, and service notifications. Automated lead flow: WhatsApp → CRM (creation, status updates, traceability). Management of the 24-hour service window and opt-in/opt-out consent. Basic reporting: delivery rate, read receipts, response tracking. Requirements: Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, consent management, and data privacy (minimal logs, limited retention). Proven track record integrating WABA with third-party systems. Spanish (C1+) required.
