The proposal must include the total cost for the entire project rather than an hourly rate I need someone who can design and deliver a Wireless Multi-Channel Noise Detector (hardware + firmware, if necessary). The system will consist of one Receiver Unit (central) and four Transmitter Units, each with independent channels and piezoelectric sensors for vibration/noise capture.
