  • As a WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving a high-traffic corporate website that supports global marketing initiatives. You’ll bring both technical expertise and creative precision to implement new pages, templates, and landing experiences based on design specifications. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Design, and SEO teams, you’ll ensure smooth content delivery, strong site performance, and consistent brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a core digital asset and contribute to impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Accountabilities
  • Maintain and update WordPress versions, plugins, and core themes to ensure site stability and security.
  • Develop new pages, templates, and blocks using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS within the existing development environment.
  • Accurately translate Figma or Adobe design files into fully functional, responsive WordPress layouts.
  • Build optimized, conversion-driven landing pages aligned with marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Manage multilingual configurations using WPML and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Oversee plugin configurations, backups, and performance monitoring to maintain optimal uptime.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement metadata, technical tags, and structured content.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, document changes, and ensure continuous improvement in site performance.
  • 3+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript/jQuery, and frameworks such as Foundation or Bootstrap.
  • Hands-on experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), WPML, and plugin integrations.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and WordPress security best practices.
  • Experience working from pre-defined design files without visual design input.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Design teams.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
